For the past 12 years, I had worked as a Secretary, Administrator, Marketing Assistant and Receptionist, and spent four years as an Office Manager before I became a Certified Online Business Manager.
I have witnessed various business models and management strategies, along with the pitfalls that hold them back. I have seen it all - high staff turnover, lost clients, stagnant sales, and stalled projects. I understand what holds businesses back and how to overcome it.
The secret? Efficient systems, strong teams, and well-managed projects. When these pieces are in place, business owners can focus on growth instead of getting stuck in day-to-day operations.
My mission is simple: using my experience to help business owners run a more efficient, cost-effective business focusing on strategic planning, efficient system and well-managed teams and projects - allowing them to attract more clients, increase sales, and avoid wasting time on the basics.
As a mom to a lively toddler, I know the juggle - client work, nursery pickups, household tasks, and a touch of social life (plus trying to stay fit!). I am passionate about supporting parent entrepreneurs building their dream business while still being the kind of parents they want to be.
